About

Short, practical articles about building fast websites and staying sane at deploy time.

STOS is Polish for “stack” — as in a tech stack, and as in a stack of newspapers on the desk. Every two weeks I write one focused article: a problem I ran into at work and a solution that survived production.

What I write about

  • Front-end — performance, CSS, accessibility.
  • DevOps — containers, CI, hosting static sites.
  • Git & tooling — habits that save hours.

How this blog is made

I write in WordPress with a custom block theme, translate with Polylang, and Yoast takes care of SEO. The finished site is exported to static files and published on Cloudflare Workers — which is why it loads instantly.

Concept project STOS and its author Marta Lis are fictional. The site was built as a portfolio example: a WordPress theme, multilingual SEO and a static export.

Built on WordPress: custom block theme, Polylang, Yoast SEO. See the WordPress admin in Playground ↗

STOS is a fictional blog — a portfolio concept project. The author and content are samples.
